1 cup of sugar
1 tsp lemon
pinch of Saffron
2 tbsp of rose water
- On a high heat incorporate all the ingredients and stir well to combine.
- Bring to boil then reduce the heat to medium or medium-low.
- Cook for about 10-14 minutes until it thicken.
- Test the consistency by dropping a little drop in a small plate let cool for few seconds.
- Let cool off then serve with a dessert dish.
- Store in refrigerator for a 10 days.
