RosePine tea is a great tea addition for Fall and winter seasons. It boosts you with vitamins (C, A, E, Iron, & Calcium) and antioxidants. Always look for the safe pine needles before using, here are pine trees are safe for consumption:
  1.  Eastern white pine
  2. Douglas Fir
  3. Blue Spruce 
  4. Ponderosa Pine 
  5. Coastal Redwood 
There are more there in the nature but make sure before consumption.  Do not drink it if you have any allergies for pine or rose!   This recipe is good for 3 cups.
