RosePine Tea

RosePine tea is a great tea addition for Fall and winter seasons. It boosts you with vitamins (C, A, E, Iron, & Calcium) and antioxidants. Always look for the safe pine needles before using, here are pine trees are safe for consumption:

  1.  Eastern white pine
  2. Douglas Fir
  3. Blue Spruce 
  4. Ponderosa Pine 
  5. Coastal Redwood 

There are more out in nature but make sure it safe to drink or use in cooking.  Avoid drinking the tea if you have allergies to pine or rose. 

This recipe is good for 3 cups.

  • Wash and dry them well, then place the ingredients in the teapot.
  • Add the boiled water.
