Mushroom & Green Apple Skewers

Great appetizer for mushroom lovers. I'm not a big fan of mushroom but the combination of mushroom,  green apple, and soy sauce go well together.  Give it a try!

  • 293.6 g Mushroom ((9 medium size) )
  • 1 Green apple
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  1. Cut the mushroom in half. Cut the apple into 10 equal cubes Cut the onion into medium size slices
  2. Dice the garlic Chop the thyme and parsley
  3. Place all the the ingredients in a bowl, then season with salt, black pepper, add the olive oil, soy sauce, water then mix well. Chill for at least 1/2 hour. Arrange ingredients on the skewers in the pattern you prefer.
  4. On medium-heat, grill the skewers for 4 to 5 minutes on both sides for a total of 8 to 10 minutes. Lastly, boil the remaining sauce for 1 minute. Place mushrooms in a serving plate and drizzle the sauce on top.
