Ingredients
  • 1 Egg
  • 50 g Soft butter
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 75 g All purpose flour
  • 25 g Cornstarch
  • 10 g Cottage cheese
  • 90 g Ricotta Cheese
  • 30 g Sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
Instructions
  1. Mix sugar, egg, and butter together with a fork. Then add and mix all of oil, salt, vanilla, and flour (don't over mix).
  2. Pour the mix cheeses and sour cream and mix gently. Lastly add the baking powder mix and pour in the cupcake pan.
  3. In preheated oven at 170C back for 10 minutes, rotate and bake for extra 9 -10 minutes.
