Great appetizer for mushroom lovers. I’m not a big fan of mushroom but the combination of mushroom, green apple, and soy sauce go well together. Give it a try!
- Cut the mushroom in half. Cut the apple into 10 equal cubes Cut the onion into medium size slices
- Dice the garlic Chop the thyme and parsley
- Place all the the ingredients in a bowl, then season with salt, black pepper, add the olive oil, soy sauce, water then mix well. Chill for at least 1/2 hour. Arrange ingredients on the skewers in the pattern you prefer.
- On medium-heat, grill the skewers for 4 to 5 minutes on both sides for a total of 8 to 10 minutes. Lastly, boil the remaining sauce for 1 minute. Place mushrooms in a serving plate and drizzle the sauce on top.
