A Hobby Turned Into A Passion…
I have been cooking since I was 10 years old.
I grew up in my mother’s kitchen, which was like a paradise on earth for my mother. Growing up close to a loved-one with a particular skill had a directly impact on me, and I’ve loved cooking ever since. Because my food is cooked with love, there’s no doubt that everything I make always tastes delicious : )
I’ve been travelling all over the world learning an observing what each place has to offer in terms of local food and culinary practices. Instead of shopping for trinkets while on vacation, new recipes are my souvenirs! I am forever seeking new recipes and innovative cooking styles, while integrating knowledge from my Biology degree and nutrition background into my creations. I try to apply creativity, taste, and aesthetics to produce meals that are not only delicious, but also nutritious!
I’m still learning each day and will share my mistakes and success as I go. Therefore, I appreciate your honest and sincere comments.
